About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Retail Manager to oversee the overall operations of the store and lead the team to achieve business objectives. This is a senior role responsible for planning, organising, controlling and coordinating daily operations, including staff management, financial performance, stock control, and customer service delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing day-to-day retail operations of the store
  • Supervising, training, and coordinating staff to ensure effective team performance
  • Preparing staff rosters and managing labour allocation based on operational needs
  • Monitoring sales performance and analysing store results to support business decision-making
  • Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient inventory control
